Register your Clogau item for 2 years of free warranty cover

Our warranty scheme covers your Clogau jewellery or watch against all manufacturing faults for 2 years from the date of purchase, no matter where you bought it from, when you register your item with us within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to make a claim at any time you will also need to give us your order confirmation number, which is printed on the invoice and order confirmation email.


Am I entitled to receive warranty cover?

If you have bought a Clogau Gold item within the last 30 days, you are entitled to receive free warranty cover.


What do I need to do to get warranty cover?

To receive warranty cover, you must register your item for warranty cover online or complete and return the Extended Warranty Form that comes in the post with your order within 30 days of purchase. To obtain service under the warranty proof of purchase is required.

If we receive warranty registration after 30 days from the date of purchase (which can be later verified with proof of purchase), the item will be covered by our standard one-year manufacturer warranty.


What am I covered against?

The warranty covers Clogau Gold jewellery against all manufacturing faults and watch movement parts specifically against mechanical failure.


How do I register for warranty?

Just go to register your item for warranty cover and fill in your details. It shouldn’t take you more than 5 or 10 minutes, which is pretty good considering you’ll receive 2 years of peace of mind in return, absolutely free.

You’ll need your warranty number handy though, which you can find on your Ceritificate of Authenticity:

What am I entitled to, should my Clogau jewellery or watch prove defective?

Should your jewellery or watch prove defective within two years, at our discretion, you will be entitled to either:

• a repair free of charge
• a replacement with the same item
• a replacement with a succeeding item if the returned item has been discontinued
• an exchange for an item of the value stated on the receipt
• a credit to the purchase value stated on the receipt

The warranty does not apply if the jewellery or watch exhibits:

• normal wear and tear
• resize or alteration
• accidental or willful damage
• misuse by any party
• repair by a third-party
• failure to follow Clogau Gold jewellery care guidelines

Our watches can withstand accidental splashing. Watches are not covered if submerged during swimming or bathing. The warranty does not cover the replacement of watch batteries, crystal glass, straps, crowns, bracelets.


Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Clogau Gold two-year manufacturer warranty covers jewellery and watches purchased directly from Clogau Gold or from an approved Clogau Gold stockist*.

To be eligible for the warranty, (1.0) the purchaser or recipient must register the item(s) by (1.1) completing the online form at www.clogau.co.uk/warranty (1.2) or by filling in and returning the Extended Warranty Form (1.3) within 30 days from the date of purchase. (1.4) To obtain service under the warranty proof of purchase is required. (1.5) Should Clogau Gold receive warranty registration after 30 days from the date of purchase (which can be later verified with proof of purchase), the item(s) will be covered by our standard one-year manufacturer warranty.

(2.0) The warranty covers Clogau Gold jewellery manufacturing faults and watch movement parts specifically against mechanical failure, (2.1) Clogau Gold reserves the right to determine the validity and nature of each warranty claim. (2.2) Should your jewellery or watch prove defective within two years, at our discretion, you will be entitled to (2.3) a repair free of charge or a replacement with: (2.4) the same item or (2.5) replacement with a succeeding item if the returned item has been discontinued or (2.6) an exchange for an item of the value stated on the receipt or (2.7) a credit to the purchase value stated on the receipt. (2.8) The warranty does not apply if the jewellery or watch exhibits: (2.9) normal wear and tear, (2.10) resize or alteration, (2.11) accidental or willful damage, (2.12) misuse by any party, (2.13) repair by a third-party, (2.14) failure to follow Clogau Gold jewellery care guidelines (www.clogau.co.uk/care.php). (2.15) Clogau Gold watches can withstand accidental splashing. Watches are not covered if submerged during swimming or bathing. (2.16) The warranty does not cover the replacement of watch: (2.17) batteries, (2.18) crystal glass, (2.19) straps, (2.20) crowns, (2.21) bracelets.

(4.0) Refund on an item not directly purchased from Clogau Gold must be addressed to the point of sale of the approved Clogau Gold stockist from where the item was originally purchased.
