Get FREE UK postage with every Clogau web order, no matter how large or small.
That's a potential saving of £7.00 with every order! This is because postage costs £7.00 when you place an order totalling £149.99 or less over the telephone (on 0845 606 88 77) or through mail order (orders totalling £150 or more still receive free postage).
Please note that the last day for next-day delivery before Easter is 4pm Wednesday 16th April. If you order any time after this, your item/s will be delivered the following week, even if you have selected next day delivery.
All orders of £250 or more are despatched via FedEx Next Day delivery to guarantee delivery the next working day (excluding weekends).
All orders of £249.99 or below are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™, which means you'll receive your order within 3 - 11 days (excluding Sundays).
Next Day Delivery: If your order value is £249.99 or below, you can choose to upgrade your order from standard delivery to next day delivery for £7.00 by adding the postage upgrade to your shopping bag. Your order will be delivered any time between 9am-6pm on the following working day (Monday to Friday). Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a delivery time. Orders placed before 4pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Please note: All deliveries require a signature. If nobody is at the delivery address, the postman will leave a card with a telephone number on for you to make alternative arrangements. Orders are fully insured by us while in transit with Royal Mail or FedEx.

If you place your order before 4pm on a working day and your item is in stock, we will endeavour to despatch your order on the same day. During very busy periods however, your order may be despatched the following working day.
Your credit or debit card is charged when you place your order.
Jewellery items in the same order are grouped for postage. The order is only posted once all the items become available (are in stock). You can order items separately if you require quicker delivery.
Some of our diamond jewellery items are made to order. These items are set by our craftsmen, sent to the British Assay Office for hallmarking and finally checked by ourselves for quality control. Please check within the item's description – whether on this website or within our brochure – for delivery times on these items. If you are in any doubt, feel free to contact us.
You can check each item’s despatch time in your Shopping Bag or by going to the ‘Order Status’ page in your account.
A signature is required on delivery. If nobody is at the delivery address, the courier will leave a calling card with details for you to make alternative arrangements to retrieve your parcel.
FedEx deliveries that are not rearranged by you within 5 working days are sent back to us. Additional postage charges will apply. Re-deliveries or pick-up from depot are available to arrange online, with further details available on the calling card.
Please note that FedEx do not deliver on weekends, and Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays.
When you place your first order with us (whether through any of our websites, over the telephone or via mail order), you can only have it delivered to your billing address. This restriction also applies to those who are placing their first web order with us, even if you've placed an order with us previously over the phone or via mail order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we have taken these measures to help protect our customers from possible fraudulent use of their credit or debit card.
If, however, you have placed an order through this website in the past and are placing another one, you have the choice to deliver it to an alternative delivery address.
We realise the importance of creating the right first impression. Each piece is hand-picked in our branded presentation boxes and will arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity (which certifies the content of Welsh gold), along with a 2-year warranty application form. All of these arrive in an anonymous bag, with no Clogau branding.
Each item comes with it’s own Certificate of Authenticity to certify the content of rare Welsh gold from the Clogau St. David's Gold Mine in Bontddu ("bont-thee"), Snowdonia. The Certificate reinforces the lengths that we’ve gone to make your jewellery feel special.
