Some of our diamond jewellery items are made to order. These items are set by our craftsmen, sent to the British Assay Office for hallmarking and finally checked by ourselves for quality control. Please check within the item's description – whether on this website or within our brochure – for delivery times on these items. If you are in any doubts, feel free to contact us.
All deliveries require a signature. If nobody is at the delivery address, the postman will leave a card with a telephone number on for you to make alternative arrangements. Orders are fully insured by us while in transit with Royal Mail.
You can check each item’s despatch time in your Shopping Bag or by going to the ‘Order Status’ page in your account.
Your credit or debit card is charged when you place your order.
Postage costs and methods
You receive FREE postage with every order you place through our website, no matter how small. That's a potential saving of £5.29 with every order! This is because postage costs £5.29 when you place an order totalling £149.99 or less over the telephone (on 0845 606 88 77) or through mail order (orders totalling £150 or more still receive free postage).
Orders under £250.00 are posted by Royal Mail Signed For™. Orders over £250.00 are sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery™. All international orders are posted by Royal Mail International Signed For®. All deliveries require a signature.
Jewellery items in the same order are grouped for postage. The order is posted once all the items become available after despatch. You can order items separately if you require quicker delivery.
Packaging
Whether you buy cufflinks, a necklace or a present for a new baby, we want the packaging to show how much care you’ve taken in choosing the right gift. Even the tiniest of Clogau Gold items is hand packed in our exclusive branded display boxes.
Certificate of Authenticity
Each item comes with it’s own Certificate of Authenticity to certify the content of rare Welsh gold from the Clogau St. David's Gold Mine in Bontddu ("bont-thee"), Snowdonia. The Certificate reinforces the lengths that we’ve gone to make your jewellery feel special.
