These come in a choice of two cuts; the classic brilliant cut with its 58 facets designed for the maximum radiance possible, and the most important cut of the modern era, the beautiful princess cut diamonds. The princess cut is effectively a square version of the round brilliant cut. Because of the extra faceting, and the effects it produces, princess cuts are naturally more brilliant and sparkly than ordinary square diamonds.
