Which items contain Welsh gold?
All items displaying the little Welsh Dragon icon (select a thumbnail image and see the item’s title) contain Welsh gold.
How do I place an order?
Click on a thumbnail image to select an item. Select the desired size and quantity and click the ‘Order’ button. The next page presents you with your shopping bag item(s). Your selected items are stored in your shopping page. You can continue viewing items or looking at other pages. Click the ‘Shopping Bag’ button at the top right of the page to be taken back to your shopping bag. When you are happy with your selected item(s) click the ‘Checkout’ button.
What credit/debit cards do you accept?

Why does my credit/debit card fail authorisation?
For successful credit card authorisation please ensure the home address you entered when you created your account is identical to your credit card/debit card registered address. Customers from outside the UK experiencing credit/debit card verification problems please contact our sales team to confirm your order.
Why is there a difference between the total cost on my order confimation and the actual sum charged to my credit/debit card?
All of our prices are based in Pounds Sterling. If you are placing your order in another currency, please use the currency converter only as a guide. Your credit card is charged when we despatch your order so there may be a difference between this price and the price quoted on your order confirmation. This descrepency is due fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Why do some pages fail to load or time-out?

How do I remove items from my shopping bag?
Go to the shopping bag page and click the ‘Remove’ button.
Is VAT included?
VAT is included on all items for all UK orders. The price you see is the price you pay.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will not be debited before we despatch your order.
Are there any delivery charges?
Postage and packaging is free for all (UK, Europe and worldwide) orders totalling more than £150.00.
When will my order arrive?
Depending on stock availability, most orders are despatched within 2-3 working days following the date of your order excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Items made to order are despatched within 2-3 weeks. You can check your order’s despatch time by going to the ‘Order Status’ page in your account. Orders totalling less than £250.00 are posted by Royal Mail Signed For™, while orders over £250.00 are posted by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery™. Does my order have to be delivered to my invoice address?
No, there is an option on the checkout page to select an alternative ship to address.
Can I return any items that I am not happy with?
Clogau Gold of Wales offers all of it’s customers a 14 Day Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your order you may return it, unworn and in it’s original packaging within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Please return your item(s) by Royal Mail Special Delivery with a covering letter.
How can I be sure my Clogau Gold jewellery contains Welsh Gold?
Each piece carries two ‘chop’ marks: the Welsh Dragon stamp and the “CG” of Clogau Gold. These marks are our guarantee that Clogau Welsh Gold has been added to the gold used to make your jewellery. Each piece comes with a Certificate(s) of Authenticity.
Is it true the Royal Family wear Welsh Gold?
Yes. Her Majesty The Queen, Her Royal Highness Princess Margaret and, of course, His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales all wear wedding rings fashioned from gold extracted from the Clogau St Davids Gold Mine. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother and Diana Princess of Wales also wore wedding rings crafted from Clogau Gold.
