"Although this is the 2nd Capstone bracelet I have bought (My wife decided to loose the first one, but not before I had bought quite a few charms to go on it) I must say that Clogau Gold showed superb customer service when dealing with me. The braclet turned up the very next day, and as I submitted the order before I had entered the promo code for the free additional bracelet, I emailed them and explained the problem, they got back to me within 48 hrs and dispatched the promo bracelet the next day. In todays climate (and I dont mean economic) I must say that is rare to find such good customer service anymore. I will definatly be using the Glogau Gold web site again for this reason, and for the quality and and elegance of their products, and probably when my wife looses this 1.

"Clogau products show quality and well worth the extra cost and gifts given always bring a big smile to the receiver. Placed order over the internet and service excellent and delivery within 24hrs and when asked for timings given by sales team to be delivered before 1300hrs and this time was met, which meant i was not hanging around and able to be in for delivery.
Clogau gold with the certificate of authenticity adds to the speciality of the Welsh gold products and receiver understands the quality of gift given, presentation boxes and gift bags were excellent.
