Searching with the drop-down menus

You can use any one of the five search categories to browse our catalogue of items. Click inside a drop-down field, select an item from the list then hit the ‘Find’ button directly beneath.

Searching with keywords

You can search for an item by entering:

  • A product code such as ‘TLR’
  • A product name such as ‘tree of life ring’
  • A collection name such as ‘tree of life’

For best results, it is important to choose keywords carefully. Try the obvious first, use words likely to appear in the products you want.

Enter your keyword into the search field and hit the ‘Search’ button directly beneath.

Exclude common words and punctuation

Our search engine ignores common words and punctuation characters. There is no need to include words like AND and WITH or commas (,) and plus signs (+) between terms.

Capitalization

Our search engine is not case sensitive. All letters, regardless of how you type them, will be understood as lower case; it won't matter if you type in CHARM, Charm or charm.
