14 Day Returns Policy
Clogau Gold of Wales offers all its customers a 14 day “no quibble” return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Clogau Gold Jewellery you may return it, unworn and in it’s original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your jewellery for a more expensive piece, simply forward the difference in payment along with your original item and the Product ID of the item you wish to order within 14 days of receipt.
If the product is less expensive than the item you originally ordered we will reimburse your credit card or send a cheque to you for the difference in cost, depending on your initial form of payment.
Repairs
Clogau Gold prides itselfs on producing high quality jewellery. However, if your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, please return it to us so that we can assess the item before handing it to our craftsmen. If your jewellery is damaged in any way that does not appear to be a manufacturing fault, i.e. resizing or accidental damage, we will discuss with you any repair costs before proceeding.
