Foragers Clogau Reserve Gin & Champagne Rene Jolly 2019
Only 400 bottles crafted.
With a shared geography and passion for Wales, two leading UK brands have come together to produce this premium, limited-release gin. This wonderful chapter in our respective stories delicately fuses spring water taken from the Clogau St. David’s Gold Mine in the Snowdonia mountains, Forager’s hand-foraged botanicals, and the rarest René Jolly French oak barrel to create the most wonderful oak mellowed gin.
This year, the story of Forager’s Clogau Reserve 2019 release, brings the wonderful award-winning flavours from René Jolly champagne – using a carefully selected pinot noir barrel that is brimming with history and flavour. René Jolly is an independent champagne house dating back to 1737, and six generations on, still owned and operated by the Jolly family – now under the expert guidance of Pierre-Eric Jolly. Located in Landreville in the Côte des Bar, south of the champagne region, René Jolly champagne produces some of the finest award-winning champagnes.
Each bottle is individually numbered and packaged in a beautiful display box which is sure to become an in-demand collectors’ item.
