I bought 4 items a necklace with January's birthstone. Earrings with May birthstones, a heart bracelet and finally the Cynefin ring. I was very pleased with them all. My ring in particular was stunning. The bracelet very dainty with a silver heart and tiny gold heart in the middle. Three were bought as gifts, the ring was a gift to myself. The January pendant, a very belated 50th gift, was loved by my friend as was the heart bracelet

Contactless deliveries from Royal Mail

In order to protect both customers and Royal Mail staff during the coronavirus outbreak, Royal Mail have now switched to contactless deliveries.

Rather than giving customers hand-held devices to sign for deliveries that require a signature, they will instead log the name of the person accepting the item.

In addition, for items that are too big to fit through the letterbox and for those who are self-isolating, Royal Mail staff have been asked to place the delivery on the doorstep, knock the door, and step back to a safe distance while the customer retrieves their item.

This will ensure your parcels are delivered securely rather than being left outside unattended.

What if I’m not home to accept the delivery?
If you’re not home or you’re unable to come to the door at all, Royal Mail will issue a ‘Something for You’ card advising of other ways you can arrange to get your item. For example, by getting a friend or family member to collect the parcel from a local Royal Mail Customer Service Point on their behalf.

In this situation, and to keep mail as secure as possible, you will need to bring along the Royal Mail card and a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to. See other acceptable forms of ID.

Returns

We offer all of our direct customers (excluding retailers) a 14-day “no quibble” money-back returns policy - except on earrings (for hygiene reasons), soldered items, gift cards engraved items and perfume that has been opened.

So if you are unsatisfied with your Clogau Heart Bracelet for any reason, you may return it unworn and in its original presentation packaging, and within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that you must return the Heart Bracelet in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Watches normally have an ATM classification which relates to their degree of water resistance.

ATM is a measure of atmospheric pressure at sea level. 3ATM means the watch can withstand 3 times the atmospheric pressure at sea level and 5ATM to 5 times the atmospheric pressure at sea level. This can sometimes cause confusion as some people interpret this as how far the watch can be taken underwater before it is compromised. This is incorrect. As rain water splashes against your watch it hits it with a degree pressure. This is what the ATM measurement relates to; the pressure of splashes against your watch.

Clogau watches have a water-resistant rating of either:

3ATM or 30m (3 Bar)
5ATM or 50m (5 Bar)

These make them suitable for everyday use and resistant to modest water/rain splashes. They are not suitable for swimming, showering, bathing, diving or water sports so you will need to remove your Clogau watch before taking part in these activities. It’s also important to remove your watch before entering a steam room or a sauna. Extreme heat can cause damage to the watch seals and condensation can form inside the watch.
