Returns

We offer all of our direct customers (excluding retailers) a 14-day “no quibble” money-back returns policy, except on earrings (for hygiene reasons), soldered items, engraved items and perfume that has been opened.

So if you are unsatisfied with your Clogau jewellery or watch for any reason, you may return it unworn and in its original presentation packaging, and within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that you must return the item in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Gorgeous but Small

This elephant is gorgeous although not very big. It is very detailed and looks lovely. Would have liked it a little larger though.

Delightful Pendant

I absolutely love Elephants so when I saw this I had to buy it,and I wasnt disappointed .It is lovely and I like the fact you can shorten the chain if required .I love this necklace and havent taken it of since I bought it .An absolute must for elephant lovers .

Elephant pendant

I love elephants so I was pleased to see this particular pendant in the brochure. It is lovely. Quite small but well made and a joy to wear. Another great item from Clogau. Wish I could afford to order more.

There are 3 main ways to care for your jewellery:

• Ensure that it doesn’t come into contact with household solutions such as hair spray, perfumes, cleaning products, bleach, etc.

• Store it in a compartmentalised, anti-tarnish jewellery box to avoid scratches and tarnishing

• Periodically polish it with a soft jewellery polishing cloth with tarnish preventative to help keep your gold and silver pieces lustrous and shining.

Every order we send will arrive in an anonymous package, without any Clogau branding. So don’t worry if you're buying a gift for someone, we won’t spoil the surprise.
