Royal Clogau Oak Pendant
Item Code: DISCOLDP1
As the National tree of Wales, the Royal Oak is famous for being the hiding place of King Charles II during the Battle of Worcester in 1651. An oak sapling, grown from one of the son's acorns and is thus a grandson of the original Royal Oak was planted by Charles, Prince of Wales in 2001. Symbolising strength and endurance, the mighty Oak is often associated with Royalty. Inspired by the tree's significance in British history that we have named our Royal Clogau® Oak collection, the yellow and rose gold Royal Clogau® Oak pendant has been expertly handcrafted and contains rare Welsh gold, the very same gold as used by British Royalty since 1911.
