Originally I ordered a "seconds" ring which even though it supposedly had faults you really wouldn't have known - it was excellent. Based on feedback I ordered a size larger than my other rings however it still did not fit, so back it went.
As I loved the design of the ring so much I ordered a "perfect" larger ring which wasn't a second. I was disappointed when I saw the second ring as compared to the first ring the gold leaves etc seemed thinner and less impressive. I am assuming that the design has changed slightly between the two rings resulting in less gold being used or perhaps the same amount of gold is used on each ring so is thinner on a larger ring? The ring that is shown on the website looks more like the first ring I got.
If only I hadn't seen the first ring this one would be perfect but every time I look at it I feel slightly cheated. I could have sent the ring back it back but I do really like it....just not as much as the first ring

After falling in love with the Tree of Life design years ago my husband and I chose them as our wedding bands in 2009. Unfortunately after several years of hard work with his hands my husbands previous ring had some serious wear, some dents, and the filagree was peeling off. The picture does not do this ring credit as it is too much of a close up, the rose detailing is way more precious than it looks here and the ring is magnificent and way more beautiful than I was expecting.
Next day delivery was perfect, although it came at the very end of my day, and customer support was excellent when my nerves of not receiving it in time got the better of me.
Nothing bad to say about this company or this website at all. Great prices, beautiful rings and great service. The only thing that I would suggest would be to maybe add photos of the ring being worn so that we can get an idea of the thickness and the delicacy of the ring from a further distance.

Ive had several comments on it and asked where I purchased it. Told them it was direct on the internet and that you have a full range to view.

I am very impressed with my ring. It is a deceptively simple design , but excellently executed and so is both elegant and eyecatching. I wish I had ordered one size smaller, but am loath to send it back! ( I think there is a size difference between jem set rings and band rings - and so got the size wrong ! )

I ordered the J thinking it would fit another finger and if the recommendation is correct to order one size up it would perhaps be close to fitting my ring finger. I wear a ring on my right hand which is a size I. The recommendations are correct, as the band is wide it is smaller in size and feels like a size I. I am very pleased with the ring, it is extremely beautiful and well crafted. I received the ring as a commitment ring. I would so love one of the Am Byth rings and would love something crafted in this way in the future, I would really appreciate if Clogau could find a way to help the likes of myself with small fingers, there must be more than me that have small hands.

I am absolutely delighted with the two Tree of Life rings which were ordered for my civil partnership. The rings are beautiful and perfect for the occasion. Initially one of the rings was supplied in the wrong size but the exchange process was immediate, the postage was refunded and the correct size ring sent the next day. The customer service was fabulous, very polite and for once in this day and age they actually called me back when they said they would! Despite the size we required not being in stock the customer service lady managed to locate one from somewhere and it was sent immediately.
