There is currently a choice between two different units; a counter top unit (CDS Impulse 1) and a floor standing model (CDS Impulse 2). Both units are pictured on the right.
You can also choose between two different packs of jewellery which include
25 of our best-selling rings that sit within the unit. (We include three of the most popular ring sizes (N, O & P) with the packs.)
The rings on display are base-metal samples that customers can try on without having to ask a member of the sales team to get stock out or feel the pressure to buy, but we also supply you with actual stock that customers can purchase and take away with them on the day.

Clogau Compose is a new bespoke engagement ring creator which gives customers a new and innovative way to choose and purchase engagement rings through a newly-designed web app and dedicated point-of-sale unit.
Customers are able to choose their preferred gold type (yellow or white), caratage (9ct and 18ct), style (currently a choice of six), plus diamond cut, colour and clarity.
Once the design has been chosen, the customer is then presented with an image of the ring and directed to their nearest Clogau stockist.

A Social Media Event Week is an excellent opportunity for you to engage with current and prospective customers through your Facebook and Twitter pages and to encourage increased footfall in your store.

Retail web platform (RWP)
From now on, the way retailers sell Clogau on the web will be a little different. Instead of offering Clogau products on their own website, all retailers will now have a dedicated Clogau website provided to them to sell their Clogau products online.
The new Retail Web Platform will include the entire Clogau Gold range – all 300+ items. This will give your customers the widest possible selection of jewellery to choose from, allowing them to purchase items that you may not currently stock.

Orders of over £250 and over (invoice amount not RRP) are despatched via FedEx next working day delivery to guarantee delivery the next working day (excluding weekends).
All orders of £249.99 or below (invoice amount not RRP) are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™, which means you'll receive your order within 3 - 11 days (excluding Sundays).
Please note that all deliveries require a signature. If nobody is at the delivery address, the postman will leave a card with a telephone number on for you to make alternative arrangements. Orders are fully insured by us whilst in transit with Royal Mail or FedEx.
Paying HSBC - how it works
Factored stockist invoices and credits are controlled by HSBC who operate a zero-tolerance policy.
A HSBC notice (located in the bottom left corner) and HSBC account number (located in the top right corner) will be visible on your invoice if you are a factored account.
If an invoice is left unpaid, HSBC will issue three reminder letters prior to removing the account’s credit limit and therefore leaving us unable to factor & despatch any further invoices.
• First reminder sent 7 days after invoice due date
• Second reminder sent 17 days after invoice due date
• Third reminder sent 22 days after invoice due date
• Credit limit removed 30 days after invoice due date
Please note that it is up to the stockist to make HSBC aware of any credit notes allocated against an invoice as Clogau do not administer factored account.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CREDIT
Credit from us is outside of the factoring system. You're reimbursed by cheque directly from Clogau and do not need to make a deduction to your HSBC payment.

• Instead of paying a Small Order Charge of £8 when you place an order between £0-£99, you'll pay just £4.
• Rather than paying £6 for an order between £100-£199, you'll play just £3.
• And instead of paying £4 for orders between £200-£299, you'll pay just £2.
• Orders of over £300 do not incur a Small Order Charge.
Under our Terms & Conditions, we do not offer a returns facility, unless an item is deemed faulty. If an item is deemed faulty we will replace it. If you have returned an item for credit and it is not deemed a manufacturing fault, we will return it to you with a covering letter and a postage charge will be applicable by invoice.

We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery and watches which is why we now offer a free Extended Warranty which guarantees Clogau jewellery against manufacturing faults for two years.
To qualify for the Extended Warranty customers must register their jewellery within 30 days from the date of purchase.
ONLINE RETURNS SYSTEM
Last year we launched a new online system for you to begin using to arrange your and your customers’ returns to us. You can access the returns form by logging into your account, going to the ‘Information’ menu and selecting ‘Returns Policy’.
The form is quick and easy to complete, with 24-hour access, 7 days a week. Our Returns department will have full details of your return without having to contact you, allowing us to process your return quicker.

STOCK ON APPROVAL
We offer the facility for high value items which retail at £450 or above. Only two items are available at any one time. You need to tell us if you are keeping appro items, so that we can unlock your account to enable you to receive future approval items. If an appro item is unsuitable, we will credit. However, there is a £20 + VAT administration charge for this service.
Depending on the type of repair, a repair charge may be applicable. Once your item has been through our Quality Control Inspection, you will be contacted by our Returns Administrator to confirm you are happy to go ahead with the repair and charge applied before processing.
It is important to inform Clogau Gold of any jewellery you are returning that may hold sentimental value - if an item is unrepairable, a replacement will be sent, if applicable. However, this would not be an appropriate solution if sentiment was an issue. Please make us aware of this by including a cover note with your return.
We offer the facility for rings of the same style to be exchanged for different size. There is a £10 + VAT administration + postage charge for this service.
