Good Service.. The ring was one of three items ordered together. Everything went well. The only comment is that we needed to change the ring for a different size and the procedure was poorly described on the website; some clarification would be helpful. We have received the correct size now.

Beautiful Ring. Received my ring yesterday, picture certainly does not do it justice. Upon opening the box i was delighted with what i saw; stunning design and beautiful substantial quality. Would definitely recommend this ring for any occasion. Would be a beautiful wedding ring.

I love it!!!. I ordered this ring because I have always wanted a piece of jewellery with Welsh gold in it to remind me of my heritage. Various members of my family have Clogau jewellery and love it. I was totally amazed by the excellent service and speedy delivery. The ring sizing is absolutely accurate and the ring is beautiful. It feels like a piece of silk on my finger and is extremely comfortable. Everyone has remarked on how pretty it is. I most certainly would not hesitate to buy from Clogau again. I highly recommend this ring to anyone who wants a "stand out" piece of jewellery.

So if you are unsatisfied with your Clogau Annwyl Ring for any reason, you may return it unworn and in its original presentation packaging, and within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
