Delivery methods
We offer free Standard Delivery for orders of £150 or more to addresses in the UK. They are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Standard deliveries usually take between 3-11 business days to arrive.
Upgrading to Express Delivery
During checkout, you can upgrade from Standard Delivery to Express Delivery for £6.99.
Express deliveries will arrive within 1-3 business days.
All Standard and Express deliveries normally require a signature. Orders are fully insured by us whilst in transit with Royal Mail.

Express delivery
Delivery times of Express Delivery orders to UK addresses:
Your order will normally be delivered between 9am-6pm on the following working day (Monday-Friday) if you place your order before 4pm Monday-Thursday and your item/s are in stock.
Orders placed before 4pm on a Friday will normally be delivered on a Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a delivery time.
We endeavour to deliver all parcels within the required timescale. However, if there are circumstances beyond our control, this may not always be possible.
Please note that our Express Delivery service is provided by Royal Mail who use a track-and-trace method to confirm receipt of delivery.

Shipping to non-UK countries is £14.99 per order. They are fulfilled by carrier DPD and are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
Dispatching your order
If you place your order before 4pm on a working day and your item is in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch it on the same day. During very busy periods, however, this may not be possible. You will be notified by email when your order has left us.
Your credit or debit card is charged when you place your order.
Jewellery items in the same order are grouped for postage. The order is only posted once all the items become available (are in stock). You can order items separately if you require quicker delivery.
Some of our diamond jewellery items are made to order. These items are set by our craftsmen, sent to the British Assay Office for hallmarking and finally checked by ourselves for quality control. Please check within the item's description – whether on this website or within our brochure – for delivery times on these items, or feel free to contact us.
You can check each item’s dispatch time in your Shopping Cart or by going to the ‘Order Status’ page in your account.
Delivering your order
A signature is required on delivery. If nobody is at the delivery address, the courier will leave a calling card with details for you to make alternative arrangements to retrieve your parcel.
Courier deliveries that are not rearranged by you within 5 working days are sent back to us. Additional postage charges will apply. Re-deliveries or pick-up from depot are available to arrange online, with further details available on the calling card.
Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays.
Packaging
We realise the importance of creating the right first impression. Each piece is packed by hand in our presentation boxes and will arrive in an anonymous bag, with no visible Clogau branding.
