Loyalty Points

You’ll earn 1 Loyalty Point for every £1 you spend when purchasing directly from www.clogau.co.uk. Each Loyalty Point is worth 1p, so for example, if you spend £149, you’ll receive 149 Loyalty Points, the equivalent of £1.49 to use as a discount on a future purchase.

You can choose to redeem your Points at checkout or continue saving them to use toward a larger reward later.

To redeem your Loyalty Points, go to the ‘Ways to Redeem’ section in your Loyalty Points panel. Here, you’ll see the number of Points required to unlock available rewards.

Make sure you are logged into your account before redeeming your Points.

Once you have enough Points, simply select ‘Redeem’ and click ‘Apply Code’—the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. After redeeming, your reward will appear under ‘Your Rewards’.

Please note: only one reward can be used per order.

When a reward is applied, the corresponding number of Points will be deducted from your balance so you can continue saving toward future rewards.

No, you're in control of how many points you’d like to use. Simply use the sliding scale within your Loyalty Points panel to select the amount you wish to apply toward your purchase.

You can redeem your Loyalty Points on most products. However, they cannot be used toward:

• Bespoke or specially commissioned items
• Gift cards or e-vouchers

If you return an item, the Loyalty Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Please allow up to 48 hours for Points to be adjusted in your balance after a return or manual update.

Yes, Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. You can view your current balance and expiry dates at any time by logging into your Loyalty Points panel.
