The Role: Supervisor
Location: Bristol
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £24,500 - £26,500 per annum pro rata + company bonus
Working pattern (subject to change):
- Monday 15:30 - 20:30
- Tuesday 09:00 - 16:00
- Thursday 09:00 - 16:00
- Friday 15:00 - 20:30
- Sunday 10:30 - 17:30

The Role
As a Supervisor you will support the Store Manager and assume a deputy lead role within the store. You will drive the delivery of the service and sales goals of the store, ensuring the store runs efficiently and effectively whilst managing the team.
Main duties include, although not to be limited to:
- To work alongside the Store Manager, managing day the day-to-day operations of the store, deputizing when necessary.
- To deliver excellent customer service dealing with customer questions and customer service issues promptly and efficiently in line with company policy.
- To deliver sales goals, holding daily team briefings and updates.
- To cash up and supervise staff members cashing up
- Ensure all staff are fully trained on all store processes e.g. EPOS, e-Learning, Customer Service.
- To manage stock control (including stock takes, ensuring all stock is controlled and stored securely throughout the day.
- To maintain the security of the store, ensuring security procedures are adhered to and all store staff are trained and aware if their responsibilities.
- To maintain positive working relationships with the head office team and centre management, encouraging all staff to lead by example.
To be considered for this supervisor role you will have the following experience, skills and attributes;
- Able to manage and motivate teams.
- Ability to drive sales.
- Ability to plan and priorities workload.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Proven experience as a team supervisor.
- Eligibility to work within the UK.
- Successfully pass a DBS check.
- Ability to travel to other stores when required.
