WARRANTY
To ensure your Compose by Clogau® ring remains as beautiful as the day you bought it, we are delighted to offer you our complimentary Clean, Care, Protect service.
From an expert clean and polish to a precise claw re-pointing, every detail is handled with care to restore your rings brilliance. We will ensure your Compose by Clogau® ring is lovingly cared for and returned to you as soon as possible.
Your ring is protected by a two-year warranty, offering complete peace of mind and a thorough aftercare service. Simply return alongside your proof of purchase, and our specialists will take care of the rest, returning your ring to you refreshed and ready to shine.
Every Compose by Clogau® engagement ring is accompanied by this dedicated aftercare, ensuring your once-in-a-lifetime piece is always at its best.
Alongside your GIA® certificate, your warranty records the unique details of your ring, including the diamond count, carat weight, and the cut, colour and clarity of the primary diamond in your ring.
Your warranty also guarantees that rare Welsh gold has been included in your ring, ensuring the status of your carefully crafted piece. This is more than jewellery, it is a timeless expression of love, designed to be treasured for generations.
COMPLIMENTARY AFTERCARE SERVICE
Each time your ring is rejuvenated, we will keep record of the date and the services carried out, alongside your details, acting as a log of your ring's aftercare.

Alternatively, you can take your ring into any of our Clogau Boutique or Outlet Stores, who will return it to Head Office on your behalf.
We aim to process all returns within 7–14 working days of receiving your parcel. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification via email, and this will also be the same day your ring is sent to our specialist team.
To have your ring checked and serviced can take between 4–8 weeks. If there is a charge associated with this work, we will confirm this information with you before carrying out any work.
Once this service is complete, you will be notified by email when your ring has been invoiced from our system and dispatched, alongside your tracking reference.
Your ring will then be returned either to your home address or to your chosen Clogau Store for collection, using a secure postal method.
Please note, Compose by Clogau engagement rings are not eligible for refund or exchange. View our Returns Terms and Conditions.
DELIVERY
Due to the value of the parcel, your order will leave us on either on a Royal Mail Special Delivery Service or a DPD Next Day Service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
It is important the address information you provide is correct, as this will be the address we will return your Compose by Clogau® ring to.
All orders are fully insured while in transit until delivered to the address provided.
