All jewellery items and watches come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty as standard. However, you can also register online for FREE extended two-year warranty cover within 30 days of purchase.
Our extended warranty scheme covers your Clogau jewellery or watch against all manufacturing faults for two years, no matter where you purchased it from, when you register your items with us.
There are three main ways to care for your jewellery:
• Ensure that it doesn’t come into contact with household solutions such as hairspray, perfumes, cleaning products, bleach, etc.
• Store it in a compartmentalised, anti-tarnish jewellery box to avoid scratches and tarnishing.
• Periodically polish it using a soft jewellery polishing cloth with a tarnish preventative solution to help keep your gold and silver pieces lustrous and shining.
Yes, every item of Clogau jewellery contains rare Welsh gold. To certify this, our jewellery is stamped with a unique Welsh Dragon mark and a Clogau logo. The winder in all Clogau watches contains rare Welsh gold. Please note that our keyrings contain no gold or other precious metals.A select number of Clogau items can be engraved for a fee. An engraving option on qualifying items is offered when adding the item to your online basket. Check which items can be engraved.
You can extend your pendant or necklace chain by up to four inches with our selection of extension chains in different gold and silver types.

All orders of £150 or more to the UK receive FREE Standard Delivery
Upgrading to Express Delivery: You can choose to upgrade your order from Standard Delivery to Express Delivery for £6.99 by adding the postage upgrade to your shopping bag.
What if I’m not home to accept the delivery?
If you’re not home or you’re unable to come to the door at all, Royal Mail will issue a card advising of other ways you can arrange to get your item. For example, you may organise for a friend or family member to collect the parcel from a local Royal Mail Customer Service Point on your behalf.
In this situation, and to keep mail as secure as possible, you will need to bring along the Royal Mail card and a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to. See other acceptable forms of ID.
Postage charges
Orders of £149.99 or less to UK delivery addresses are charged £2.99 for Standard Delivery. Express Delivery is available for £6.99
Orders of £150 or more to UK delivery addresses receive FREE Standard Delivery.
International orders
All orders under to non-UK addresses are charged £14.99

We offer all of our direct customers (excluding retailers) a 30-day “no quibble” money-back returns policy - except on earrings (for hygiene reasons), soldered items, gift cards engraved items and perfume that has been opened.
So if you are unsatisfied with your Clogau piece for any reason, you may return it unworn and in its original presentation packaging, and within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that you must return the piece in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Returns may be subject to postage charge, depending on circumstance.
