Clogau is a premium British jewellery brand, with Welsh heritage, celebrated for craftsmanship and meaningful design. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Christmas Temporary Despatch Packers to join our Head Office team in Bodelwyddan during our busiest trading period of the year.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are carefully prepared, packaged and dispatched to the high standards expected from the Clogau brand. The role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail, with a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
The Role: Christmas Temporary Despatch Packer
Location: Head office, Bodelwyddan.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary Christmas contract – commencing 16 November 2026 until 30 December 2026.
Salary: £25,000 per annum.
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, compulsory weekend overtime is required during November and December.
You must be able to commit to the advertised working pattern and additional weekend overtime requirements throughout the Christmas trading period.

The Role
As a Christmas Temporary Despatch Packer, you will support the wider Despatch team in preparing, packaging and dispatching customer orders during our busy festive trading period.
You will be responsible for ensuring orders are carefully packaged, accurately prepared and ready for dispatch, helping to maintain the high standards of quality and presentation associated with the Clogau brand.
Working closely with your colleagues, you will need to be organised, efficient and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and package customer orders to the high standards expected from the Clogau brand.
- Ensure all orders are presented professionally, creating a positive experience for customers receiving their jewellery.
- Select and use appropriate packaging materials depending on the product and order requirements.
- Support the efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders, particularly during busy trading periods.
- Replenish packaging materials and stock to ensure the Despatch team can operate efficiently.
- Assist with stock organisation and replenishment to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Identify and promptly report any missing, damaged or faulty items to the Despatch Management team.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure daily tasks and dispatch requirements are completed efficiently.
- Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and attention to detail.
- Support the wider Despatch team with additional tasks when required during peak trading periods.
- Uphold Clogau's brand values and standards at all times.
