Clogau is a premium British jewellery brand, with Welsh Heritage, celebrated for craftsmanship, heritage and meaningful design. We are looking for a Marketing Technician to join our Head Office team in Bodelwyddan.
This is a varied and hands-on role providing technical and operational support across Clogau’s marketing activities, helping to ensure product information, digital platforms and marketing content are accurate, up to date and delivered effectively.
The role is ideal for someone who is digitally confident, organised and technically minded, who enjoys working across a variety of systems and platforms. You will need excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
The Role
Role: Marketing Technician
Location: Bodelwyddan
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 per annum + company bonus scheme.

Marketing Technician
As a Marketing Technician, you will provide day-to-day technical and operational support across a wide range of marketing activities, helping to ensure our digital platforms, product information and marketing communications run smoothly.
Working as part of the wider Marketing team, you will need to be organised, adaptable and confident using technology. You will work across multiple systems and projects, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new platforms and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the launch of new products by creating and maintaining product specification sheets for internal and external partners.
- Ensure accurate product setup across multiple platforms, including Shopify, marketplaces and retail till systems.
- Assist with managing of product imagery and digital assets.
- Create and manage Shopify and Klaviyo automations and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the management of online sales channels including Amazon, Shopify and other retail marketplaces.
- Support retail operations by managing in-store digital screens.
- Generate and maintain reports, spreadsheets and automated processes using AI to build internal systems.
- Provide operational support for a variety of marketing, retail and digital projects as required.
